For fruit dip, bagel spread, or icing - Mix with 8 oz softened cream cheese and 8 oz whipped topping. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve with cookies, crackers, or fruit.
For cheesecake - Dissolve mix with 1/4 cup hot water. Add 8 oz softened cream cheese and blend until smooth. Fold in 8 oz whipped topping. Pour into a pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
This is delicious served with Nilla Wafers, Honey Graham sticks, or used as an icing.
